about Billing and Insurance
Do you accept insurance?
We do not accept or bill health insurance companies for coaching and treatment services. All services are private pay and payment is due the day of service. We will provide a paid invoice if evaluation and therapy services are provided. You can submit paid invoices to your health insurance. This does NOT guarantee reimbursement. Reimbursement varies by agency and state, so clients who would like to receive reimbursement should verify individual policies before beginning therapy services. If executive function coaching and tutoring services are provided, these services are not covered under therapy codes and are NOT reimbursed by insurance.
What is the cost for services?
Costs varies by clinician and/or executive function coach and the type of services being provided. Please complete a client services request form and we can discuss your situation, service plans and cost with you.
Can I use my flexible spending account?
If there is a medical diagnosis and therapy is provided, we will try to process through an FSA card, but you may need to submit a separate claim for FSA reimbursement. Executive function coaching and tutoring services are not insurance related thus do not qualify for FSA reimbursement.
What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept credit card, check and cash payments at the time of service. For remote services, we only accept payment with a credit card on file.
