Hello! I’m Emily Lesher. I am a Speech Language Pathologist who strives to create an environment for my clients to build upon their strengths in order to effectively participate in meaningful activities. I am passionate about creating functional goals and working together with a client and their family to achieve those goals.
My Story
Emily Lesher, MS-CCC-SLP, is a Speech Language Pathologist with over 12 years of experience working with children, adolescents, and young adults in school-based, clinic-based, and early intervention settings. Originally from New York, she received her Master of Science degree in speech-language pathology from Ithaca College and her bachelor’s degree in communication sciences and disorders from Nazareth College in Rochester, NY. Over the last 12 years, she has developed a unique therapeutic approach using movement and play as the basis to foster communication skills. During her personal time, you will find Emily biking, walking, skiing, and hiking around Boston, MA!
